Deliveries:
Sonoma Home Furniture & Mattress charges the following for deliveries.
- 0 - 10 Miles: $120
- 10 - 20 Miles: $150
- 20 - 30 Miles: $180
- 30 - 50 Miles: $250
- 50+ Miles: Call the store for quote
Pick Up Orders:
Pick ups are available at our Santa Rosa location on:
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- Thursday
- Friday
- Saturday
- Sunday (call for appointment)
Refund Policy:
Once merchandise is received, a customer has five days to report any damage to the items. If you want to return an order there will be a 25% restocking fee, and any merchandise must be in its original packaging with no damage. Sonoma Home Furniture & Mattress must be notified before returning any merchandise bought online to the store. If Sonoma Home Furniture & Mattress has to pick up your merchandise due to damage or misuse there will be a fee required for pick up.
Cancellations:
All sales are final. If you want to cancel an order once it has been placed online, there will be a 25% cancellation fee.
